Simply having a disability will not qualify you for our legal assistance; Your disability must be related to the legal issue you are seeking assistance for.

Does the DRC have lawyers?

Yes, DRC employs both attorney and non-attorney advocates to advance the civil rights of people with disabilities.

How does the DRC fund programs?

Federal and state grants, in addition to donations, provide the financial support for DRC programs.

Is the Disability Rights Center a state or federal agency?

No, DRC is a non-profit protection and advocacy organization. The DRC is not a state or federal governmental agency.
